How Do I Open An Account?
It's easy to get started today. Proceed to our Domain Name Area where you can research the availability of your Domain Name (Internet Name). Once you decide on the name complete the Contact Us Form and submit it.

How Do I Send You Information and Pictures?
If you can use E-Mail you can contact us. It's that easy. Just send your documents and pictures as E-Mail attachments. The Passing Bell strives for 24 hour turn around for every request received.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We prefer to receive bank checks. Invoices are generated at the first of each month and due upon receipt.

How Much Do You Charge To Register Our Internet Name?
There is no charge for registration.

I Own More Than One Funeral Home, do I Have More Than One Domain?
No. Each location can be included in one account.

Why Don't You Charge Registration, Set-Up, and Design Fees?
We don't have to. Our overhead is low and we pass along the savings to you. Our goal is to provide our customers with the economical means to have a professional internet presence.

How Do We Have Obituaries Posted on Our Domain?
Obituaries and pictures should be sent via Email to obit@passingbell.com. There is a $19.95 fee for each obituary posted regardless of size unlike the newspaper industry.

Each obituaries will also contain a Condolence Area for family and friends to post their memories and messages at no additional expense. A video tribute is available for an additional cost.

Do We Have To Post Obituaries on Our Domain?
Not at all. This is your decision to make.
